During the online webinar, our three trainees who work in Japan have presented their home in Japan and the places they work.
The narrative was of a great interest to applicants who are interested to work in Japan, as three trainees expressed it with a lot of realism.
Further, our trainees were told that at first their families had opposed. But, now their families are happy, and are pleased. Also to add on, the three trainees told us how grateful they were several times.
To speak about the COVID-19 ' s impact on their lives: they just seem to have got hold on mask and sanitizer in their place of work with no protective clothing, which is unlikely contrasting in an Indian hospital, where they are usually provided with full body protective gear. However, they exclaimed that In Japanese facilities this seems to be different as Japan is a highly organized nation with all kinds of safety measures.
We at NAVIS were enthralled to witness the joy of the three trainees, who, after a long time, appeared in good spirits. They also expressed their opinion as how content are they to work now with the people in the facility, as they are friendly. Henceforth, the trainees felt an air of relief as they could happily serve their family hereafter.
NAVIS is looking forward to seeing the next batch of Indian nurses.
