NAVIS Partners with State Government of Telangana, India For Training and Placement of 50 Nurses to Japan under Specified Skilled Worker (SSW)

Furthermore, under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW), TOMCOM has partnered with NAVIS to send talented nurses from Telangana to Japan, where NAVIS will provide them with Japanese language training and job opportunities.
NAVIS has a 20 Year track record as a Japanese language training center in India, having trained more than 10,000 Indians in Japanese. The Organization currently has Native Japanese language instructors, all of whom holding teaching qualifications.
NAVIS has placed a total of 97 Indian nurses as care workers since March 2019. The Organization is responsible for 80% of all placements of nursing personnel from India. In the next financial year, NAVIS plans to Introduce and Place 600 Indian nurses.
The Organization started in 2002 as a Japanese language training and recruitment Organization and currently carries out human resources development for blue-collar workers in India for Nursing Care, Accommodation (Hotels and Inns), Textile, Building Cleaning Management, Food Manufacturing, Agriculture, under the Technical Intern Training Program and Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) System. It provides a one-stop service right from Recruitment of Candidates to Japanese Language Training, Sending out personnel and Placement to Customers in Japan.
Group Organization NAVIS Corporation, Japan is a Registered Support Organization (RSO) for Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) and will focus on Placing the Candidates to Customers in Japan and support the Candidates through out there Stay in Japan.
India is attracting attention as a major population power, and as of 2022 has already reached a population that is close to that of China and is predicted to become the world's largest by 2023. In line with the Indian Government's 'Skill India' initiative, the development of human resources in the youth segment is a challenge for India.
NAVIS provides its own recruitment know-how and skills training to India's 1.41 billion abundant human resources and sends them to Japan, where there is a shortage of manpower. NAVIS will provide skill development and career paths for Indian nurses, to make them to Achieve Japanese Language Level N3 in five months and solve the problems of both countries.
