India's 1.35 billion abundant human resources will be sent to Japan after undergoing unique Recruitment Screening and Skills Training.
India is attracting attention as a source of labour and is predicted to become the world's most populous country, surpassing China's population by 2027. In line with the Indian government's 'Skill India' initiative, the focus will be on developing human resources in the youth segment.
For Japan, which has a labour shortage, NAVIS will accomplish Japanese language Training level N3 in six months and provide skill development including career opportunities for Indian nurses to solve problems in both countries.
