They had never been out of the North-East and, once they become nurses, they will be working all over India and the world. And they will be active in the world.
NAVIS feels it is our responsibility in India to help them choose Japan.
They are lucky that their first opportunity in Japan is with NAVIS.
These girls are genuinely dreaming of becoming nurses and studying hard, so we respect their attitude and I feel it is my responsibility as a representative of Japan to create a pathway for them so that the opportunity in Japan will lead to their career development.
