NAVIS was a panelist at the conference "Pathways for Aligning Skill Mapping with International Labour Market: Southern Edition" organized by ICM, a research think-tank of the Ministry of External Affairs, India, Government of India, which manages all issues and pilot projects related to "international migration".

NAVIS Human Resources is an IISC certified organization and the conference provided us with hints on how to produce skilled human resources not only in #Japan but also in other countries in the future.
We're grateful to have been selected as a stakeholder in such a government-led conference to strategically discuss India's future.The people who participated in the conference were selected from various backgrounds and are positioned to play a key role in producing human resources for India in the future.
NAVIS has been able to make various proposals to the Indian government with the same vision for the future. Our knowledge, experience, and blueprint are based on solid data. NAVIS will continue to make new proposals to the Indian Skill market in order to create a breakthrough in this stagnant human resource market.
