NAVIS works on its Native MEGURU model, a concept of Hire, Train and Place.
With this concept MEGURU, NAVIS aims to place India’s surplus human resources in Japan by upgrading them with Japanese language and culture.

Having spent 18 years in the recruitment business, NAVIS considered that acquiring the skills of Japanese language is a big challenge to introduce human resources to Japan,
therefore has researched and developed a textbook to pass the exam in order to introduce India's abundant blue-collar work force to Japan through the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) and Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).
In addition, we have a staff of 12 native qualified Japanese instructors to help students acquire active Japanese language skills that can be used significantly in Japanese workplaces.
NAVIS has till date placed 31 nurses under Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) and 3 in Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program.

India's Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) on Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) was signed on January 19, 2021.
This MOC will introduce Indian manpower to Japan and is due to accelerate in future. India, which will become the next human resource supplier from Asian countries, will focus on human resource development in response to the "Skill India" initiative proposed by the Indian government. In Japan, where there is a chronic shortage of human resource, NAVIS will provide Japanese language training to the N3 level in a duration of six months and additionally support career development that will lead to the development of skills of the Indian white-collar and blue-collar workforce.
