2年前の記事で紹介いただきました。今年は特定技能の締結によりインド人材の日本での活躍が拡大することでしょう

介護分野では初めてとなるインドから日本への技能実習生２人が２０１９年３月ベンガルールを出発、関西空港に到着した。
大阪市内の介護老人保健施設で、約３年間の実習に取り組んでいる。
２人はいずれも２０代の女性で、インド南部で看護師として約３年の勤務経験がある。
ベンガルールにある人材派遣会社「ナビスヒューマンリソーシズ」で日本語や介護の研修を受けてきた。
介護分野での技能実習生派遣は日印両政府が推進しており、今後さらに拡大するとみられている。
　資源価格の低迷を受けた産油国でのの労働需要低迷も、日本就労の大きな要因になる。
東京五輪や高齢化で人手不足が続く日本について、インドのメンドラ・プラダン技能開発・起業促進大臣は、今後30万人の実習生の派遣を目指すとしている。
