APSSDC inks pact for international placements of trained nurses

The corporation will impart training to nursing candidates, drivers and workers in a tie-up with various partner organisations for their eventual placements in Japan and Germany. As part of its Skill International Programme (SIP), the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on January 23 (Tuesday) with NAVIS Human Resources Private Limited (NAVIS HR) to facilitate training of nurses for their international placements in Japan and Germany.

The Government of Telangana organised a special event to mark World Youth Skill Day on 15 July 2023 at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad with great fanfare. The aim of the event was to showcase the skilling ecosystem in Telangana and its achievements to date, and to announce new partnerships for skilling and capacity building. The event will be attended by more than 4,000 participants representing all stakeholders, including major corporate partners, training and education institutions and international partners. The conference will be co-chaired by the Minister of IT, Industry, MA and UD, the Minister of Labour and Employment and the Minister of Education.

The visit was aimed at strengthening cultural exchange and language learning, especially in the context of Japanese and German languages. Upon arrival, Chawla San was warmly welcomed by NAVIS HR CEO, Takako Oshibuchi. The first event on the agenda was a welcome meeting. Here, Chawla San was introduced to the NAVIS HR team and given an overview of the company's mission and vision. The highlight of the visit was the observation of language classes. Chawla San visited the 16th batch classroom and observed the students' progress in N4 level Japanese. He also visited the 15th batch classroom, where the students were role-playing in N3 level Japanese. These visits were an excellent opportunity for Chawla San to witness the practical application of language learning and appreciate the efforts of the trainers. In addition to the Japanese language, Chawla San was also introduced to the German language programme. He visited the German batch classroom and interacted with the students and the trainers. A group photo session with all the staff and employees was organised to mark the occasion. The photoshoot was a perfect opportunity to capture the essence of cultural exchange and language learning at NAVIS HR. Chawla San also gave a motivational speech to all students, emphasising the importance of language learning and cultural exchange. Chawla San also interacted with returning candidates to understand their experience and the impact of language learning on their career. The visit concluded with a meeting between Chawla San and the Japanese trainers. The trainers had an opportunity to interact with Chawla San and discuss their training methodology and approaches.

NAVIS' second joint project with a state government is in North India. Uttarakhand, home to the sacred yoga centre of #Rishikesh. The MOU signing with the second NAVIS state government took place on 4 March 2023. Although Uttarakhand is a new province, independent of Uttar Pradesh actually produces many cooks working in #Japan and has a large number of hospitality personnel. Rishikesh is close by and has the concept of "Simply Heaven". It is close to heaven, people are calm and honest, and it boasts a low crime rate.
The state has a great manpower, which is well known by those in the know, and In the future, NAVIS will be up skilling human resources and introducing them to Japan. Uttarakhand and Japan, and be a part of building strong ties between the two countries.

First Organization to team up with #TOMCOM, a government enterprise of Telangana State, India, to Accelerate introduction of Nursing Care personnel from India to Japan.
--- On the 15 December 2022, a Partnership MOU was Signed by NAVIS Human Resources Private Limited (CEO Takako Oshibuchi), a Human Resource Development and Placement company in Bengaluru, India, in the presence of Ms. I. Rani Kumudini, IAS, Special Principal Chief Secretary, Govt. of Telangana, and Mr. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, CEO, Telangana Overseas Manpower Corporation (TOMCOM).
On the Same day, 166 prospective Nurses from Telangana gathered at Gandhi Medical College for the Launch of the “Telangana-NAVIS, Japan First Batch“ starting from the end of December 2022.
This event was organized in collaboration with Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad. NAVIS became the First in India to start sending nurses to Japan as Nursing Care personnel from March 2019. As a pioneer in sending Indian nurses to Japan, it has introduced many Indian nurses to Japan as Nursing care personnel. In particular, the Organization has a 20 Year reputation for Japanese language training with native instructors and unique methods and has a track record of introducing 100% of its candidates to employers in Japan, including more than 20 hospitals and care facilities.
#Telangana State is active in developing human resources and promoting employment abroad. Telangana Chief Secretary Mr. Somesh Kumar held a meeting on overseas employment on the 10 November 2022, where he reviewed measures initiated by various departments to provide overseas employment and directed authorities to facilitate the process of identifying all candidates who are interested and able to go abroad.

NAVIS launches German language training and Placement package for Indian nurses.

NAVIS Human Resources Private Limited has sent many Indian nurses to Japan so far through its SSW scheme, and the next country for NAVIS is Germany.
NAVIS has been preparing to establish a company in Germany on 1 August 2022.
The German language training has now started in November and we are also in the process of introducing them to work placements in Germany. An orientation was held today to celebrate 1st Batch.
With more than 100 customers already, we will speed up this project.
The first of the brilliant NAVIS, Batch 1, are all BSc nurses and are studying German every day and preparing to work in Germany.

We are introducing an Indian nurse to the German hospital as a nurse. After three years in Japan, she will get married in India and next move to Germany with her family to work in a German hospital. The 15 trainees who were the fastest in the world to enter the country on 11 March, have completed their one-month training and have joined their new posts.

NEW DELHI/BANGALURU: Indian government’s Japan-oriented Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) aimed at sending skilled manpower to Japan witnessed a major push on Friday when a fresh batch of 15 skilled nurses landed at the Narita International Airport. Short-listed, trained and sent by NAVIS Human Resources Private Limited – a Bengaluru based recognised TITP Sending Organisation, these 15 highly trained nurses are mandated with the core job roll of ‘Care Givers’. Apart from their inherent nursing skills, these nurses were trained hard on Japanese language, culture and etiquette at NAVIS’s facility, and have successfully passed JLPT N4 Japanese languages proficiency test. The average monthly remuneration these nurses will get in Japan ranges between Rs. 1.00 lakh and 1.50 lakhs.
